Captain Tylor flew into port briefly at this year's Acen. Unfortunately, he had forgotten his white boots at his home port. He ended up using a pair of Mr. Yamamoto's for a while before he return to the Soyokaze amongst all the confusion at the con.
Made in part of the same fashion as the Fullmetal Alchemist military uniform, with several changes. Will be adding a trench coat to the mix for next year, along with some random accessories.
